The primary objective of the Client Services Director, Service Delivery position is to work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how bswift can meet them. This role will own a book of business representing approximately $5,000,000 to $8,000,000+ in annualized recurring revenue and also lead a team to support their clients needs and create/keep raving fans of bswift!
The Customer Success Team Lead will guide and oversee Customer Success Managers, ensuring customer goals are achieved and strong relationships are maintained. This role focuses on people leadership and delivering exceptional customer outcomes, while also managing their own Book of Business. Responsibilities include coaching CSMs, tracking customer health, and collaborating with teams to advocate for customer needs.
This role will transform our Public Cloud Operations into a consolidated efficient organization across all operations disciplines and be responsible for implementing our AI foundation. Drives resolution of strategic issues affecting current and future business. Accountable for core operational processes and insures continual operation of core business processes.
